The Progressive Integrated Alignment System (PIAS) came into existence after a lot of research in finding ways to ensure that clients are trained simply from the ground up with maximum effort and intramuscular and intermuscular coordination. Due to the many demands of life, today's population has been forced to be more sedentary than ever before. Society makes it challenging to prioritize health and fitness. The pressure to succeed and work hard leads many people to forget about the importance of taking care of our bodies, which I like to refer to as "our temple". Therefore, I came to the conclusion that training programs must be well tailored specifically to each individual client based on their day-to-day routine, training, and physical history.
The PIAS is a stable approach to improving one's health and ensuring that their capability is maintained. It is a system that requires time, commitment, and focus in order to transform to the body that one desires. This system will educate you on the importance of sustaining a structured core while executing through the lower and upper extremities. The core is very vital on many levels. When you set a goal to gain muscle or lose weight, it is important to incorporate exercises or joint motions, that will create a full body effect all at the same time. This execution will require one's nervous and muscular system to fire up energetically in unison, producing more demand from the body as a whole. The more connections available in one motion, the better it is to recruit a good portion of muscle fibers. In short, the more you use, the more you will gain.
